Columbia University's beautiful and historic campus provides modern facilities perfect for hosting conferences and events, from auditoriums, to classrooms, to conference room and more and during the summer, many of these resources become available to outside groups, including Columbia's residence halls, which is where we come in.

An affordable and unique option for your guests

We utilize available space in our residence halls on Columbia's beautiful and historic Morningside Campus to provide single and double guest rooms as well as suite-style group living options for guests attending events at the university. Compared to standard New York City hotel rates, and considering the rich variety of shops and restaurants in the immediate area, available on-campus event services and fast and easy access to the rest of the city via mass transit or car/coach service, we provide a unique and very affordable option for you and your guests.

Flexible options for every size event

In a typical summer, Columbia Conference Housing hosts guests from 50+ conferences of all sizes, accommodating roughly 25,000 guests from countries around the world. And where we don't offer a service that your event requires, we work with our campus partners, including event management, dining services, and the  university's IT department to help you find the best solution.
