Delivering an Ivy Event Experience

Our rooms are designed to be flexible and accommodate events of all scale and sizes. Customized set ups including adjustable airwalls allow many of our rooms to be configured in a number of ways to accommodate your guests and meet the needs of your event. The Event Management team will work with you to find the best space for your group.

Flexible Space Configurations for Your Group

Classrooms

A number of Columbia classrooms can be reserved for meetings and seminars (food not permitted). The Event Management team helps to book classrooms on behalf of the University Registrar.

Note: Summer classroom space cannot be confirmed until mid-May.

Lerner Hall

As Columbia University's Student Center, Lerner Hall offers 250,000 square feet of meeting, performance and event space.

Faculty House is our premiere event space and the perfect place to host special events, as well as upscale seminars, meetings, and banquets.

AV and Technical Services

Most of our meeting spaces offer built-in audio visual equipment and feature the latest in presentation technology. From a simple presentation, polycom, or panels to live streaming and complex lighting options, our Technical Service team can help facilitate it all.

Coffee, Breakfast, Lunch, Breaks, Dinner -- you name it, we’ve got you covered! Order from our menus or let us help you customize your catering offerings to fit your needs and budget.
